To enter, please click here to register.- To Enter: Sweepstakes runs from 2/15/09-09/30/09. Visitors to www.vistaar.com can enter to win by registering to the site. All entries become property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Entries must be received by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on 09/30/09. Only one entry per person. You can also mail a 3x5 index card with your name, company name, phone number and email address to Vistaar Technologies, Attention: Kathy Morris, 200 Lanidex Plaza, 2nd Floor, Parsippany, NJ 07054. Envelope must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2009. Only one entry per person.
- Drawing: On or about October 7, 2009, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Vistaar Technologies, Inc. There will be one Grand Prize winner who will be notified by e-mail and/or phone on or about 72 hours after the random drawing takes place. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Prize: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a 2-day Conference Pass to the Professional Pricing Society Fall Conference, October 22-23, 2009 Orlando, FL. Approximate total package value of $1695. Air fare, accommodations, travel, food, etc. not included.
- Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia 21 years or older as of February 15, 2009. Employees of Vistaar Technologies and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- To claim prize: Winner will be notified via e-mail and/or phone and will be required to sign a Publicity Release which must be returned within seven (7) days after receipt or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If publicity release letter or prize is returned, undeliverable or unclaimed, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing.
- Limitation of Liability: Vistaar Technologies Inc is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or altered entries; or entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failure of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or fraud, incomplete or delayed computer transmission whether caused by Sponsor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this promotion. Winner is solely responsible for payment for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. Sponsor is not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by contestant as a result of winning. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her name and/or likeness for any advertising and/or promotional purposes without further compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. By entering this contest, all entrants agree to these Official Rules and that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest in their sole discretion, and the determination of the winner is final.
